Customers new to CaseWare are guided through the process of implementing the software and templates in their environment.
Introducing a new software package into your firm can be a challenge. However our CaseWare implementation process has been proven to fast-track the successful use of the software and templates by staff. We work closely with our customers to tailor the package to suit individual firm requirements and help make important decisions on the features and options available to them within CaseWare upfront.
Ideally all new customers should make an experienced member of staff responsible for the implementation and they will be the primary contact for the Task Knowledge technical staff member appointed to your implementation.
