Changes to our Customer Service Team and Resources
There have been some changes to our Customer Service Team members over the last few months, and we’re really proud to advise that we have expanded by a few members.
Our core (full-time) team L-R in the photo above, include Mahalay Gore, David Stansell (Manager, Customer Service Team), Thisara Perera, and in front, Kriti Tiwari. If you haven’t caught up with our recent news, we have taken on the ex Audit & Fraud Software team and the support and sales of CaseWare IDEA, so Denise Michel is also available as our specialist CaseWare IDEA support person, busily transferring her skills to the rest of the team. Our other part-time resource is our longest serving member of the team – Graham Ritchie, who has opted to slow down and come in a couple of days a week.
Of course, our full complement of expert developers and technical specialists provide a second level of support, with the third level being our colleagues in Canada.
We’ve updated our technical reference pages and converted our FAQ database into a better search facility.
