2020 Customer Conference Wrap Up

In a year full of stress, anxiety, lockdowns, home schooling, remote offices, masks and loads of scary graphics like this appearing on our TV screens…

… the first week of December 2020 goes down in my books as one of the most enjoyable and rewarding weeks in my many years at Caseware!  

The team and I are a little tired, but enormously pleased and proud of our 2020 Caseware Customer Conference that was held online, 1-3 December.  

It became obvious to us by about September that doing any sort of onsite event this year was not going to be possible, so we decided to see this as an opportunity to do something different…  we hadn’t been able to visit our fantastic customers in 2020, and we had lots of news to catch you all up on – so we ‘pivoted’ (yep, I said it… #2020jargon) to an online conference.  

But then we took it further – if we were going to be doing it online, that meant we could reach more clients!  So we decided to make the most of that and made it a 3-day event.  Plus we also took the opportunity to involve more of our Caseware International colleagues, and they proved to be a great addition to our line up.

So take that, 2020!  Our Caseware Customer Conference was a roaring success, and we look forward to now being able to share plenty of follow up information and keep you all in the loop with what those who attended heard us talk about and demonstrate.
